- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 TBS chopped fresh cilantro leaves*
- 1 TBS fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
* I just grabbed a bunch of leaves and probably had way more than I needed, but it’s not really a recipe you can mess up…
